Freight
Choose your preferred shipping method and, if possible, notify us by phone and provide us with the shipping documents so we can track them. Please package the goods you need to repair as well as possible (2-3 layers of sponge packaging or bubble wrap is recommended) to prevent damage.
Receipt
Upon receiving your goods for repair, we will notify you immediately. Within 24 hours, we will provide you with the following information: the fault of your goods, whether it can be repaired, the repair time, and the repair cost.
