SYJ series high-speed hydraulic pressure relay
The SYJ fast-acting oil pressure relay is a protective relay that uses the rate of change of internal tank pressure as an electrical signal. It is used to protect the oil tank safety of transformers, power capacitors, reactors, and other equipment. When the rate of pressure increase in the oil tank is greater than 3±1kpa/Sec, the fast-acting oil pressure relay will operate. Its operating response time shortens as the pressure gradient increases. See Figure 1 for its operating characteristic curve.

Product Introduction
The SYJ fast-acting oil pressure relay is a protective relay that uses the rate of change of internal tank pressure as an electrical signal. It is used to protect the tank safety of transformers, power capacitors, reactors, and other equipment. When the rate of pressure increase in the tank is greater than 3±1 kpa/Sec, the fast-acting oil pressure relay will operate. Its operating response time shortens as the pressure gradient increases. See Figure 1 for its operating characteristic curve.
The operating characteristics of this relay allow the transformer to issue a timely alarm and cut off the power when the tank pressure is in the low-pressure zone during a sudden serious accident. Compared with conventional gas relays, it is more reliable and sensitive, significantly reducing losses caused by transformer failures. When using this product, it is recommended to connect the electrical signal to the trip circuit.
This product can also achieve dual-channel electrical signal output, one channel connected to the trip circuit, and the other channel can be connected to the computer system.
Model and Application Range
Annotation Example: SYJ9-50-25\20(S) indicates a fast-acting oil pressure relay of the 9th design, with a pipe diameter of 50mm, sensitivity of 25kPa\20kPa, and dual-channel electrical signals.

1. Suitable for oil-immersed transformers, power capacitors, reactors, and other sealed oil-immersed electrical equipment tanks
2. Environmental requirements: -45℃-+50℃.
3. Relative humidity: At +20℃, no more than 95%
4. This product is made of alloy aluminum profiles and has no risk of leakage or breakage.
5. The vertical distance between the installation position of the product and the highest oil level can be selected between 0～6m.
