YSF9 series pressure relief valves with φ80mm and φ130mm diameters
The YSF9 series pressure relief valves with diameters of φ80mm and φ130mm are mainly used for pressure relief in oil tanks of oil-immersed power transformers, power capacitors, reactors, etc., when the pressure exceeds the limit. When the pressure in the oil tank drops to the closing pressure of the valve, the valve reliably closes, preventing external moisture and impurities from entering the tank. Features of our pressure relief valves include: built-in electrical switch for high safety and reliability, preventing accidental damage from bumps and false alarms due to rain or fog; stainless steel shell for good weather resistance; built-in terminal block in the junction box for convenient and safe wiring; and an optional protective sleeve for the junction box.

Product Introduction
The YSF9 series pressure relief valves with φ80mm and φ130mm diameters are mainly used for pressure relief in oil tanks of oil-immersed power transformers, power capacitors, reactors, etc., when the tank pressure exceeds the limit. When the tank pressure drops to the closing pressure of the valve, the valve closes reliably, preventing external moisture and impurities from entering the tank. Features of our pressure relief valves: Built-in electrical switch, high safety and reliability, prevents accidental damage from bumps and false alarms due to rain and fog, stainless steel shell, good three-proof performance, built-in wiring terminals in the junction box for convenient and safe wiring, and the junction box can be externally connected with a protective sleeve.
Conditions of Use
Installation location: On the tank cover, on a riser, or on the side wall of the upper part of the tank;
Environmental requirements: -30℃~50℃; Working environment requirements: -30℃~+115℃.
The sealing value is an important parameter for selecting a pressure relief valve for a transformer.
(Note: The sum of the highest normal pressure value that occurs when the pressure relief valve is in operation plus 7 kPa should be less than the sealing value of the pressure relief valve).

*Note: D- indicates directional oil spraying, K- indicates electrical signal, SK (or KK)- indicates dual electrical signals, J- indicates mechanical signal, TH- indicates for humid and hot regions, TA- indicates for dry and hot regions, T- indicates for dry, humid and hot regions, B- indicates with locking device.
Example of Marking: YSF9-85/130SKJTHB refers to the 9th design, with a φ130mm oil spray diameter, an opening pressure of 85 kPa, with mechanical and dual electrical alarm signals, for use in humid and hot regions, and with a locking device.
