Hygroscopic device for transformer
The transformer desiccant breather is an air purification device installed at the end of the air intake port of the oil tank of the transformer and mutual inductor. It can effectively filter out dust and moisture in the air to maintain the cleanliness and electrical performance of the transformer oil; The main body of the desiccant breather is clamped between the upper and lower flanges of a transparent glass cylinder with screws. According to customer needs, the cylinder can be filled with white silica gel or blue silica gel (desiccant). At the bottom of the desiccant breather, there is a cast aluminum oil cup and a fully transparent double-layer glass oil cup for transformer oil. The transparent oil cup is a double breather with both moisture and dust absorption functions, while the opaque oil cup is a single breather with only moisture absorption function.
