YZF-M series remote pointer-type oil level gauge

The YZ series remote transmission pointer-type oil level gauge is a monitoring device used to measure the oil level in the oil storage tanks of transformers and other power equipment, and can monitor oil level changes in real time. It is mainly used in oil storage tanks of oil-immersed transformers, power capacitors, and reactors, and can also be used for oil level indication in oil storage tanks of medium and small power equipment and load switch. This product has high and low oil level alarm functions, can also realize dual-channel alarm signal output of high and low oil levels, and can be configured with real-time monitoring function of oil level in the oil storage tank, converting the oil level change in the oil storage tank into a 4~20mA analog output. It can also be configured with RS485 communication protocol, and can also be configured with a remote display, meeting the needs of national smart grid construction.

Analog Output

When the real-time monitoring analog output function of the oil storage tank oil level is configured, the oil level gauge pointer at the 0 and 10 positions on the dial corresponds to the analog output of 4mA and 20mA respectively. The angle of the oil level gauge dial scale 0~10 is 270° or 120°. The relationship between the analog output mA at each position and the swing angle of the oil level gauge dial pointer is as follows: 
Analog output = {(20-4)/oil level gauge dial angle} × oil level gauge dial pointer swing angle + 4mA. 
For example: When the pointer points to 1, the analog output is calculated as: {(20-4)/270} × 27 + 4 = 5.60mA 
   When the pointer points to 150°, the analog output is calculated as: {(20-4)/270} × -150 + 4 = 12.89mA
