QJ 25-J series gas relay

Product Introduction
The QJ-25-J series gas relay is a protective device used in on-load tap changers of oil-immersed transformers. When the transformer's internal fault causes gas generation due to oil decomposition or oil surge, the relay contacts will operate, connecting the specified control circuit and promptly issuing a signal or automatically disconnecting the transformer switch.
An operation signal memory device has been added. When the baffle plate operation leads to heavy gas operation, this device can maintain the heavy gas signal to distinguish it from the situation where the heavy gas operation signal is caused by problems in the secondary circuit of the relay. A reset device for the operation signal has also been designed to restore the operation signal to its original position after the fault is eliminated.
Model Description
Example: 0J4-25ATH-J indicates a gas relay with memory function, designed for the 4th time, with a pipe diameter of 25mm, equipped with a gas sampling box, and suitable for humid and tropical regions.
Note: The letter "G" after the design serial number indicates an improved product.

Installation: The relay pipeline axis should be parallel to the transformer box cover. The end leading to the oil reservoir can be slightly higher, but the inclination of its axis to the horizontal plane should not exceed 4%.
