QJ 25 series gas relay

The QJ-25 series gas relay is a protective device used in on-load tap changers of oil-immersed transformers. When a transformer internal fault causes gas generation from oil decomposition or oil surge, the relay contacts will operate, connecting the specified control circuit and promptly issuing a signal or automatically disconnecting the transformer switch.
Model Description
Example: QJ4-25ATH indicates a gas relay with a pipe diameter of 25mm, designed for the 4th time, equipped with a gas sampling box, and used in humid and hot regions.
Note: The letter "G" after the design serial number indicates an improved product.

Operating Temperature: -45℃~100℃
Installation: The relay pipeline axis should be parallel to the transformer tank cover. The end connected to the oil reservoir can be slightly higher, but the inclination of the axis to the horizontal plane should not exceed 4%.
